I purchased this product from Best Buy listed as Open Box Excellent, which should mean like new with no visible damage. Instead, it arrived with broken pieces, chips, and deep scratches. After over a week of delays, contradictory answers, and being misled, customer service and management have proven to be a complete joke. Their only “solution” was for me to waste even more money and over an hour of my time driving to a store to fix their mistake. This is not Excellent condition — it’s false advertising. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and will not trust Best Buy’s “Open Box” claims again. Buyers beware.

Wound up returning and going with magsafe popsocket. This was flimesy and felt like it would break with little use only kept about 2 days and with case on phone (even a thin bare minimum silicon case) nevermind a thick otterbox the wireless charger did not work through it like advertised only without the case. Using iphone 16 pro and apple wireless charger.

I have been watching this product for over a year.. I finally bought one for my wife and I butI have to return them tomorrow. Here is the issue.. I dont want it permanently on my phone.. so I used the magnets… but, when I put my phone to charge, the pop socket has such strong magnets that it stays on the charger and its annoying to retrieve it each time…. This is such a great idea.. and its almost there… but can’t use it. Also, the pop socket is a bit small for my fingers but I could get used to it if eveything else worked…

Riser teeth under finger holder are flimsy, even for narrow fingers. One of them bent and now the middle grip will not retract properly, making the product ineffective. Concept is great but the build quality is terrible, especially considering the $35 price tag. Will be returning the item immediately. Pen in photo is pointing to the bent riser tooth.

Great idea foe a popsocket type of deal, just lighter, easier to use and amazing colors. Also can use on magnetic cases or none magnetic cases. I highly recommend

Love the design,but it’s not reusable,you take it off once,and as some as you stick it somewhere,it’s coming off.use crazy glue.on a case you don’t mind it staying on

Magnet is not strong enough. Stays stuck to whatever accessory you mount it on. Have to replace on phone. Plastic grip supports are flimsy and deform after a few “snaps” (uses). Overall only perk is thin body, would still prefer popsocket overall

The ads are right about oh snap! Hands down best phone grip I’ve owned! Easy install, super durable, holds up well, Many uses too!

Great marketing! Unreliable product! At first it is crisp and works fine. After 30-40 open and closes for the extension piece it wigs out and does not retain its memory capacity and stays in the open positions in a loose and wonky way. I do not, at all recommend this product. Its a $53 loss for who does, even if price changes occur because its value diminished. After a short while I did not feel the security of this product to use where my photo might drop over an edge of a balcony or like in taking pictures. The finger holding positions dont work comfortably or securely. In my opinion! Doesnt deserve even a one star, marketing is lacking integrity!

Owned for less than a month and within the first week the stow feature stopped working, and now the whole entire thing completely tore off of my phone.

A cheap product brought to market at a laughable price point for the quality. Used less than 39 days the item continually fell off and the arms got skewed so that even when aligned, refuse to fold flat. I hate this product for making false claims of lasting quality. Returning for a full refund TODAY.

Flimsy and weak. They must have spent all of 2 cents on the materials. It wont snap into place, it just kind of flops over. I'm constantly trying to push it upwards to stay open. My fingers are not liking being cramped against all the weird scaffolding that isn't working to hold it up anyway. The "magnets" are even worse than the plastic. It won't even think of staying attached to my phone. It tries for a second or two and then just rolls over and falls to the ground.

This became defective before I could even put it on my phone. That small ish black piece of plastic you can see in the picture broke off after I took it out of the packaging, and tried to open/close the grip - I wanted to feel what it would be like to hold it before putting it on my phone, and it lived up to its namesake by oh just snapping off. Now as you can see as a result the grip will not go down to be flat, it just sticks up like this. Quite a poorly made product.

Everytime i put my phone in a metal place (to use magnet) FALLS! And i dont have a CASE… i thnk is a problrm with the Pro Max (i have the 16).

I love my new phone grip! So slim, multi-functional, magnetic, easy to apply, and I can wireless charge my phone directly through it. I do not have to remove it or my case to utilize wireless charging. Fits in my pocket without getting stuck too! I would definitely recommend this product to my friends!

Decided to try out this phone grip after having seen the ads online. Honestly, I don't particularly think this is any better than a popsocket other than it being super thin. I do wish it was fully magnetic rather than needing the additional adhesive to stick it to your phone, but it's at least reusable. I don't find it as comfortable or natural to hold as a popsocket due to the material being more plastic-y with sharper edges. I also find it difficult and uncomfortable to put your finger through the grip rather than just holding it normally, so I'd say this grip is not as accommodating for people with chubbier fingers or sensory issues. I think this grip is cool but not $40 cool. If you're thinking about getting this, either wait for a sale or buy open box to save some money.
