Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told this item goes 18 Miles with a 15 mile per hour speed the reality is that it goes 6 miles on a fully charged battery and only goes 15 mph when it's warm because when it's cold even going downhill it only goes 12 mph I paid $419 bucks for this I was given fraudulent information and no availability to get a better scooter I really needed a good scooter so I can have availability to get to and from for a job and sad to say this scooter does not do the bare minimum online says the same stuff for the information that Best buy gave me so either I was given the wrong product or I was given fraudulent information by multiple sources
