    Poor design on how handle bars are connected to the unit even with the provided locks. After a few bumpy rides it was loosened almost causing me an accident while crossing the street as it got disconnected to the unit. Range was a lot lower than advertised. A friend who was closer to the upper weight limit for this scooter borrowed it and almost lost power on uphill. Would consider getting another brand of the same price point. Probably turboant

    The total mileage is not really 18 miles on one full charge! It is more or less 3 to 5 miles on one full charge!

    If you enjoy spending hundreds of dollars on a piece of junk this is the scooter for you! Lasted less than a month and less than 125 miles before I started getting an undervoltage error and the scooter shuts off. I weigh 190 lb. And the scooter is rated for 200.
