I bought for my daughter, however I have so much fun using this scooter, I’m thinking of purchasing one for myself! Love the lights at night, received many compliments on the scooter.

I happens, but customer support completely ignored me.

WORST

Then charger stopped working on 6th month. Then this month, my son almost got hit by a car because the scooter broke in the middle of an intersection. The Okai customer service is same as not existing, it is actually worse than non existing. They just seem to be hoping that I would give up and not contacting them anymore. It is really frustrating to be able to just talk to one guy who doesn't even have an access to any of complaints. What is the point of talking to him? So I recommend you all to stay away from Okai.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was honestly a horrible choice, every single piece breaks super easily it isnt durable at all, the kickstand came in busted and the lever to fold the scooter jammed up bcuz i set it down to hard, i wouldn’t recommend this specific scooter, if you look online about this scooter you get different specs, this whole thing is just a waste of money if you ask me.

Cheap but its okay
