Dont buy

Bad scooter received with no help by best buy

It was delivered as a Christmas present.. Christmas morning it was opened and it did not work. I called the next day and was told i could return it for a replacement.. i have the highest membership so it should not have been a problem! But since i used progressive leasing there is no policy in place for replacing something that doesnt work! In the end i ended up just returning the scooter and the recipient is going without his present! Not to mention the fact that the manager Justin at the store couldnt be bothered trying to help me with a solution! He walked up to me when i asked to speak to him and said "yes?" I understand it was the day after Christmas and im sure he had a lot of issues but that was not the way to handle it.

You get what you pay for!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The scooter was super easy to set up, all you need to do is hook the handle bar, 2 connection wires and done. I weight 175 and after I charged it to 100%, I hit that 24 mph easy and I noticed and should be obvious that after long use the speed isn’t going to be 24 all the time but thoes keep it to 22-21pmh after 50% of use . Very smooth I even used it in grass and I was surprised at the performance it gave. You get what you pay for and I’m picky about spending so much money on a scooter specially. At the end of the day it was worth it.

Does not turn on
