I’m really impressed with the Okai ES40! It’s built like a tank and handles rough roads effortlessly. The front suspensions made a huge difference! The sturdy frame gives me a lot of confidence, whether I'm cruising through the city or tackling uneven paths. It’s also surprisingly comfortable despite its rugged build. This scooter has quickly become my go-to for getting around, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you need something tough and reliable, the Okai ES40 is definitely the way to go!

very good and fast the battery last longer like 50 mil one charge

This scooter performs well! It has a 24 mph top speed, a greay ramge, and is comfortable. My only complaint is the screen is a bit too small to see easily. The brakes are also just a bit touchy and take some getting used to.

Don't buy an Okai scooter! I bought this one and it only worked 3 times. And even those 3 times it worked, the battery didn't make it more than 5 miles on a smooth bike path. I submitted a warranty claim and had to box everything up and ship it to them for repair/replacement. 2 months later they said it was a systemmic battery issue and they were replacing the scooter with a new, fully tested and inspected scooter and I would receive tracking info within 1 business day. I sent them a message asking that the replacement be sent to my work so it wasn't sitting on my porch all day. I sent them another message after not getting a response after a week, again nothing. Almost 2 weeks later, no response, no tracking info, no scooter. When you call, they just have one dude that answers the phone and says all he can do is pass along another message. Really sad. The scooter had great reviews on the Best Buy website when I bought it, but am now finding all of the real Google reviews and BBB complaints against this company.

It’s alright. It needs more power. I wish it was more durable to. Other than that it’s a great scooter for the price

Upgrading to an electric scooter with both front and rear suspension is a game changer!

Mileage will barely go 2-3 miles with the high power mode on. All other modes slow down to about 10-12 miles for its max speed. 40 miles seems a bit over exaggerated as you would have to go walking speed to get that mileage. Overall its a decent scooter but for a 1,000$, the quality and efficiency of the scooter barely even reaches some other great scooters that are 400$ when compared.

Great scooter for the price, love the plump and soft suspension

For two months this has been a great scooter but today the app would not work and OKAI says my email that they have sent emails to does not exist.

First experience with an electric and im blown away by this thing. It can really pick up. Really like the the fact it can charge fully within six hours.

This was a very frustrating purchase! It was delivered as a Christmas present.. Christmas morning it was opened and it did not work. I called the next day and was told i could return it for a replacement.. i have the highest membership so it should not have been a problem! But since i used progressive leasing there is no policy in place for replacing something that doesnt work! In the end i ended up just returning the scooter and the recipient is going without his present! Not to mention the fact that the manager Justin at the store couldnt be bothered trying to help me with a solution! He walked up to me when i asked to speak to him and said "yes?" I understand it was the day after Christmas and im sure he had a lot of issues but that was not the way to handle it.

Awesome scooter! Certainly been worth it so far. I use it to get around my neighborhood and it definitely scoots!
