Purchased this bike after reading generally postive reviews. First issue: dropping shipping company failed to deliver item, had to drive 30 minutes across town to pickup at industrial warehouse. 2nd: Assembled bike, it would not turn on. Called Okai. Nothing to do to fix it, its bricked. Had to slog bike and box back to Best Buy. 0/10 experience. Complete waste of time. I think there are a ton of these lithium ion battery e-bikes bikes sitting and best buy has bought a bunch and trying to move them quick. Poor QC. AVOID.

The bike looks great but unfortunately it was defective and the return process for such a big item is awful. I had to call BB customer service at least 4 times and 1 visit to the store. I am at a point where I will rent a uhaul just to drop the bike back. Overall disappointed with the bike AND the customer service

Just got my new Okai Stride today, it took four days from order to delivery with free shipping. It comes 80% assembled and the rest is easy. It is very responsive and fun to ride. I like all the options from no-assist all the way to using the throttle to ride. I can’t wait to hit the trails.

I purchased the OKAI Stride Bike several weeks ago. It arrived on the day it was promised. It was easy to put together—my husband did it! It operates with ease and I like the adjustable seat. The gears work well and I appreciate the bikes get up and go. Looking forward to some long rides!

I'm a 65 year old woman who has been considering buying an ebike for a while. After quite a lot of research, I recently bought the OKAI-Stride. The advanced controls are easy to use, I picked it all up on my first ride. The bike is comfortable, and I can easily navigate the many hills around the area where I live. I am very happy with this purchase.

I love this bike! It's comfortable to ride, and looks great! It's the perfect choice for someone who wants a casual Sunday morning ride, but also has the Friday afternoon need for speed. Very Happy with this bike!

Highly recommend this bike! Works great as a regular bike but gives you that benefit of being able to put it into electric mode uphill if need be. Electric mode picks up quickly and is a smooth ride!
