Used it to pay for online orders on the app and web site. Despite the branding, this gift card can be used across all Darden Restaurants, not just Olive Garden. Cannot be used to reload the balance of an existing gift card, but multiple gift cards can saved to your Olive Garden account (which is actually a Darden Restaurants account that can be used to log into other Darden Restaurants online ordering site). However, only one gift card can be use per online order, so you will need to have another form of payment when the gift card eventually can't cover the entire bill. The silver lining is that the secondary payment is used to cover the exact difference, so you can actually spend the entire balance of the gift card.

It took a while to receive, but I got it 1 hour later. Maybe due to the holidays, but I am not sure. Overall, it worked well. No problems while redeeming at store.
