The product was easy to setup and use. We use it to record Board meetings.

Play back important notes and lectures with this Olympus digital voice recorder.

I used it for taking notes at a meeting in a large room and it picked up everything I needed to prepare the minutes.

I purchased this because I purchased a really cheap version of similar product. The very, I mean very inexpensive one from Amazon did all features I liked but the program written to make it so was cumbersome. So I wanted to pay a higher price for the convenience of all the bells and whistle to just press one button to record from phone, one button to review files one button to delete files etc. Well I'm not really happy with my purchase since I'm not getting the easy high tech experience from this product as I expected. And it seems this product has such a small market specialty that what I want is now $200 and upwards. Years pelrior I had gotten all bells and whistles for around $100 or just under. My advise is not to just look for the features but also how are these features handled by the the product. If you have the patience to press a series of buttons for a command go for the amazo. Cheaper one. If you like to have the latest tech and easy 1 bam you're there features be prepared to dish out more than this product

Great little device. Used it for multiple purposes and it captured quality recordings. At times I had to plug it up to the laptop and manipulate the EQ to hear, but I was able to discern what I had recorded. This only happened when in large rooms and several people are talking.

Use it for court hearings, was easy to pull recordings when needed
