Nearly perfect - for me. Olympus has always been my go to brand. Fits in pocket, holds a charge a really long time and charges quickly when it finally does need one. Has many features, more than I need. But, nice to know they’re available. The downside for me is that with my declining hearing, I can’t always hear the replay unless I’m in a quiet environment. Highly recommended for 95% of the population.

This little recorder is AWSOME, fits in my shirt pocket and barely noticeable every thing is automatic and it does a great job

Easy to use and easy to transfer recordings. Intuitive to use if you are handy with electronic devices. reliable and produces highly defined files.

Forced to convert from mini cassette tape recorder to digital. Wasn't sure about quality or storing audio but the recorder is super easy to use and the recording quality is superior to my old recorder.

This was bought to replace laptop and I am very satisfied with the operation and ease of use plus the size is just right.

Olympus makes excellent dictation equipment. This is very compact and has rechargeable batteries that have a long half life. Highly recommended!!

This Digital Voice Recorder works as expected. Very light weight and can adjust on the background noise.

The buttons are clear and very user-friendly. The volume, even when turned all the way up, is way too low for anyone to comfortably hear, even when using a headset or external speakers. I have tried different scene settings as well (meetings, conference rooms etc....), to enhance the volume, but it did not help.

Took me a little while to feel comfortable with the device since the user manual is not very intuitive. Recharging is very easy and files can easily be download to one’s computer. It’s compact and is very versatile.

Worked very well and great recording time on battery charge. Works well with windows 10. Very nice audio recording with professor walking around the front of class.

So far, all of my recordings have been crisp and clear. The playback through the built-in speaker is sufficient, but I prefer using headphones. Love the rechargeable batteries.

The sound quality is excellent and picks up conversations in s very balanced way even in a large room. The battery seems to last forever between charging. I'm very impressed

I tried a different unit and I had to return it because the buttons were too close together. However, this one the buttons are just right. I know this is more like the old style, but it works well for me.

Works very well to record lectures. The only con is play back volume is low but very good when playing on ext speakers.

Love this recorder. Nothing beats stereo recording and the expandability of storage is great too. No cables or dongles required when connecting to a computer, just slide button on the back up and a USB connector emerges. I think USB 2.0. Works great with a Mac. Only issue I encountered was the included batteries dying. They probably needed more charge, but indicator showed full. I swapped out for alkaline batteries and haven't had an issue yet, still working on them going on 6 months.

Small and great for travel. The recorder was perfect for a research project with limit on space in suitcase. Did the job
