    This lens is sharp across the entire range, rivaling prime lenses in image quality. While not as fast as some primes, the constant F2.8 across the range is helpful for low light shooting, and the weather resistant construction allows shooting in poor weather conditions with an E-M1 camera. The lens has a hefty, high quality feel to it, but it might be too front heavy on smaller micro 4/3 cameras. As this lens does not have stabilization built in, it is more suited to cameras that have in body stabilization. This lens has high enough picture quality, that it has taken the place of two (slightly) faster prime lenses, which are now relegated to niche use only.

    I bought this lens for a few food photography ventures and it is great for macro photography. It is pretty heavy which I don't like, but it comes with the territory.

    This lens is incredible. Very crisp images & great in low light! An excellent prime lens with very fast glass and autofocus is extremely quick. Highly recommend.

    This lens is very good, very well built and holds excellent glass in it. I was a bit skeptical about it because of its size but I think is a trade off for the build quality, the flexibility and the excellent image quality.
