I bought this camera for my fishing team. We have used the Olymups Tough cameras in the past with great results. This one held up just as well and after it was drenched in salt water I rinsed it right off in the sink. No issues!

Bought this to photo while white water rafting for a trip to Colorado. Exceptional pictures in totally wet conditions. Really like the wifi connection to my iPhone. I can put the camera anywhere and use my phone to see what the camera sees and take pics. Great when you want to take a pic with everyone you're with and you too without having to set a timer.

I purchased this for my wife as I have a DSLR camera already. We needed something that was light and easy to haul around. I am not a super fan of the strap, it is a strange set up. I had to change the configuration so it would not fall off her wrist. Other than that, it takes great pictures and worth the value.

I purchased this camera for a trip I am taking in July 2015. I have used it quite a bit here at home in the pool to make sure it works. It takes great pics!! I will post another review when I return from my trip, after I try it in the coral reefs in Mexico.

took camera on my vacation to hawaii, i took it parasailing, snorkeling, site seeing and Luau it worked great in all conditions. my friends want my camera after seeing the quality pics. nice clear pics. the ability to take selfies was just an added bonus!

I got great pictures in and out of the water. I wish there was more zoom, but that's difficult to do and keep it waterproof so... I'll take it

Camerea takes great pictures both above and below the surface of the water. Even the night time pictures and picks if fireworks came out great

Modestly priced solid performance. Low light quality is good though not excellent. Excellent durability and weather resistance.

When I made my purchase, I asked for a short tutorial for the camera. Your salesperson was not one I had seen in that department before, so he may have come in to help. He put the battery in I had purchased and when it did not turn on, he said," no battery power, you will have to charge it and sent me on my way home. When I tried to plug in the charger, the camera did not register charging. Upon reading some basic instructions, I discovered he had installed the battery upside down when it was clearly marked with arrows. Solution: If he was not familiar with the product, he should have contacted someone in the department that was and not acted like he knew what he was doing. My nephew gave me an excellent tutorial. I like Best Buy and have recommended you to others since the unfortunate incident.

I like the the flip screen but battery not so much

We bought this primarily for the waterproof feature and shockproof feature. WE haven't tested the shockproof that much but it had held up in various water trips weather the beach or the pool or in the rain.

As at the time of review, this is the cheapest camera with 1040p60 video with stereo audio, which is great. Just be aware that all the buttons (including the zoom control) are hard to push (require more pressure) compared to non-waterproof cameras. Also, zooming in on the photos taken (i.e. in playback mode) is very slow. This make it hard to check for blurness / out-of-focus on faces.

My wife and I bought this camera for use on our kayaks, the take perfect pictures in many different lighting situations. I was a bit skeptical about under water picture quality, to my surprise they turned out very well.

Use it for under water pictures of my grandson. It is very clear and great action shots. We had a Fuji before and not near as clear and the Fuji at the time was more expensive. Also the Olympus is more user friendly.

My husband lost his other camera with all our animals pictures on it, so I bought him this one for Christmas and the pictures are crystal clear. He loves it!!

It is durable a camera so far. This camera works well, is easy to use .

I use this while kayaking so being waterproof is obviously important but so is ease of use. This camera lives up to both of those requirements. It's also nice to know its waterproof when I'm hiking in the rain.

Quality of the camera fits my needs and it is easy to use. I will certainly be recommending it to a co-worker who I know needs a new camera for work.

It was the perfect camera to have going to Aruba! Took it in the ocean for snorkeling and just swimming. Also took it in the pool and swin up bar, pictures came out great and video was awesome too!

This camera takes great pictures and the selfie scream is a plus for a family and friends reunion.
