We enjoy using the camera especially at the beach, springs and the pool. The kids had fun taking pictures and videos underwater. The flip screen and second shutter button is great for selfies, too. It takes nice, decent pictures. We don't have to worry about it getting wet or dropping it.

This camera is great. I bought it because I wanted a waterproof camera. It takes great pictures and is safe in the water. It's great for the beach and water parks. It was a great price also!

Great pictures both in and out of water. Very sturdy which in my case is needed as I tend to break everything. Easy to clean after being in salt water. Only wish I could zoom in a bit closer.

The camera is light weight, water proof is a plus. Seems to always need a flash though to get a good picture. Issue is in Auto mode the flash does not always happen. The battery will last about 5 hours so you will need a back up battery seems to go quick when using.

I thought it was fairly easy to learn to work... I did have trouble trying to turn the flash off. I like that is us waterproof. I used it in the rain without any problems

We have only used it on one trip so far. On a cruise and in Cozumel. Took great under water pictures and videos. The flip screen for selfies was very nice.

Amazing pictures doesn't fog. Took nice picks under water.

I have used this camera rain or sunshine and got great results either way. While the camera was dropped once it still performed well.

Good pictures with plenty of program options. Used in, not at, Pacific Ocean, and in pouring tropical rains with no degradation in performance. Battery life seemed typical, couple of hundred pics before charging. Have taken literally more than 2000 pictures in and at sea level and high altitude, dry and submerged.

I love this camara. It has many more features than I will ever use. It performs perfectly for intended use. I Snorkel in Hawaii and use it on my Seadoo in S Ca. It takes great shots and video below and above the water. It super easy to transfer images and video to my iPhone and iPad wirelessly. Completely satisfied! Worth the price for sure!

Bought this camera for an intended vacation. Takes very nice pictures underwater and worked well for snorkeling.

Took this camera out to Cozumel for a trip and I loved it. Took it out in the ocean and it took great pictures under water and the wide lens camera lets u take great pictures of landscapes. Took great pictures when I went to chichen itza and shot the pyramid and other large structures

I LOVE this camera. I always want to take pictures of the kids in the pool and now I can. I takes amazingly clear water photos and video, which are photos you don't see too often. It's unique and a treasured family experience. The selfie feature is really cool and easy to use. I am usually the one behind the camera, so now I can get a few shots in of myself every now and then. The cost is great for what you get. The zoom range is great too.

This camera is great for an underwater camera, but my favorite feature is being able to take group shots while being in them without having to use a tripod or remote or timer! It's great that's so durable, and nice that it does have some internal memory in case your card runs out of space.

Although this camera is great in all weather activities the picture quality is not the best. I bought it for use underwater and never actually used it for that but it held up through mud and rain. It's sturdy and was great for our dune buggies and other adventures.

We have owned 2 Olympus underwater cameras before this new purchase of the TG-860 model. First camera lasted about 5 years and we used it quite a lot underwater and dropped a few times. Our entire family loved the ability to take the camera to the beach, the lake and swimming pools. Using the video on waterslides is priceless!! Eventually, we lost a screw and the camera wasn't waterproof any longer. We then purchased our 2nd Olympus TG-860. Very disappointed in that after minimal use and 14 months, the screen went blank. It would cost as much to fix as to purchase a new one....so we bit the bullet and bought the same camera with the 2 year warranty. Disappointed that we had to buy a new camera, but hoping this one will last longer! The picture quality and features on the camera keep us staying with Olympus!! We would be lost without an underwater camera!!

I've only had the camera for about a week now without too much use. So far I really like it. I took some great photos at the pool and on vacation snorkeling. All the pictures were clear and colorful. I have yet to use all the features or even read the manual. As usual I will update when I get more use out of it. I also downloaded the Olympus Image Share app so that I can take pictures remotely.

Bought for the water and shock resistant features. Felt very comfortable using on river trip where I did not dare expose my digital SLR. Good second camera where size, risk damage, etc. do not merit higher end cameras.
