Great PC for the price ready to go out of the box. Easy setup. Came with 16gb of ram and purchased another 16gb for 150$. Good entry-level gaming pc.

I was looking for a computer to use for video and batch photo editing. I went through photography sights to determine the specs I wanted for specific software I use and then poured through several retail sights for weeks leading up to Black Friday. This "gaming" machine met all the desired specs except that it didn't have an SD card reader - an easy fix. Finally, I priced out all the components on the machine and found that the Black Friday price was lower than I could build it myself. I'm extremely satisfied with its performance so far.

Great product, easy to set up and transfer data. Probably my last unit, given my age. Decided to get one last awhile. Quick response that makes searches fun and developing spreadsheets easy.

Excellent pc. Fast, pretty. I use it to stream games on twitch, and it has handled just about everything I've thrown at it at high settings. AND I got it 300 off on black Friday. Very happy

Incredible fast, easy to setup just plug and play. I bought it to play video games mainly, so far I played fortnite, fallout 4, lol, guild wars2 all ran at full quality seamlessly

Bought this for gaming and it supports my game very well. Graphics are great and I still have the computer now and it is still running strong with no problems.

I already had a decent desktop, but wanted to step it up for my photo and video editing software. After getting this set up, I would say I am impressed. The visual appearance is simple and unobtrusive, which I like, and I think I am getting used to the glass casing on the left side. And I have had zero hiccups when using my photshop stuff. I haven't tried editing videos, yet, but it could be a while til I get around to that. I know this is marketed as a "gaming computer," but it does what I need it to do. And then some. And I even have an empty slot for more RAM, which I intend to fill at some point.

I was looking for a reasonable rendering and graphics platform for lite animation rendering, Post, and basic DI stuff. I realized this was not a render farm, but I needed something and this seemed to fit the bill. Also I had a need for a few virtual machines with different operating systems, so I thought this might be adequate to test concepts. I was right ! Yeah, it gets slow now and then, and that what I expected. So for what I wanted to do , It seems to be a good choice. I haven't tried any real raytracing. But I will soon for the heck of it. I suppose the graphic card would do most of the lifting anyway. So I'm quite fine with my purchase (Open Box)

Technology is NOT our friend! Our Advanced Systems Tech advised us to get this specific computer configured as it is. Purchased two identical units. The Tech set them up and configured/integrated our system. Stunning performance !!! Very happy with the computers. Even happier with the seamless integration/performance with these two machines. And Best Buy staff really responded to get these matched CPUs. No question, Best Buy employees KNOW what business they are in!!!!!

Bought another brand on line and ended up sending it back in under 1 week. This machine is all that we asked for. Lots of storage, super fast, easy to hook up.

Purchased this computer on Black Friday, when the price was 900 dollars. I saw that I could purchase this computer cheaper than building it. Upon arrival, the packaging was very tight. I plugged in all my devices and powered up the computer. After powering it up, it was ready for setup in less than 30 seconds. After completing setup, I transferred over all my files from my previous computer and installed my programs, which only took a few hours. I bought this computer for my son who loves gaming and it was super easy to set up and runs great. He easily plays all his games and has zero complaints.

This was a great buy for the price. Super fast and more ram that you will need for your first gaming computer.

My thing is great. Kid loves it. Super super fast, lot of the good geek memory, and all that good stuff already in it. No need for updates for least 5 yrs

I did not purchase this computer for gaming. I looked for suggestions to edit photos and videos. My all-in-one Dell with plenty of RAM and a decent processor was just not getting it. Plus, the graphics card was lacking to say the least. I am extremely pleased with this computer. I added two LG 4K monitors and the setup is quite nice. Today, I added another 16 gigs of RAM and it is now SIMPLY AMAZING!!! If you are into photography don't like all the waiting and waiting for your editing software to complete a task, this computer is for you.

Plenty of storage and easy access for upgrades. The only cons I have are the wiring is a bit messy and the cooling could be better. But over all, a great PC for the price.

Perfect for 1080 gaming. If you are looking to play 4K games, consider an upgraded model with a more powerful graphics card. SSD is a bit small, holding only 10 games.

Easy setup from turning it on. Great speed. If I upgrade to a better video card will help the performance of gaming.

Purchased this computer on Black Friday for $ 300.00 off normal retail. I can't say enough about how good it is. Smooth as silk graphics. Start up and Re-start times are off the chart! Would recommend this computer to anyone that wants a great system and doesn't want to start a 2nd mortgage. Only thing I would mention of note is that make sure if you are using a monitor a few years old ( which i got from Best Buy as well ) that you make sure you have a DVI-D Adapter for the graphics card. For me, this was a no brainer buy on Black Friday!

I'm no computer expert, but the graphics are great and it's fast. Easy to hook up and start. The only thing bad is that HP installed McAfee as the security program.
