I’m not too happy with the cuff that came with this, the readings were all over the place.

It took a few tries to syncing to the OMRON app but once it did it was able to save my numbers and send that information to my other health apps. The actual cuff is easy to put on. It is adjustable and can be done one handed. Glad that it has an AC adapter included.
