It is easy to setup and use on a daily basis. It’s adjustable around you wrist. It fits so comfortable. The most important part is that its reading is so accurate.

Accurate within one or two points as compared to my other monitors. I would recommend this.

It will guide you but you must be in a well lighted room to see the guidance. That piece of information is not found in any of the 'instructions' that come with the monitor or their website.
