I spent $499.99 on 2 of these devices and they dud work better than wited tens units. Wireless one like omron only go up to 20 snd it does not burn your skin like wired units you get from your doctors and physical therapist so after i bought them the company duscontinued these. They shoukd have still made the oads for the millions of custoners that spent $199.99 each be ause thats insanely high priced devices and they did work for me. I found the best relief when i bought omron wireless and this comoany i called them and asked if they eoukd at least consider to nake the pads for all if us that nade this comoany billion$ of dollars. But this is how these companues do they invent a product then uts duscontinued forcing me and you to buy a new oroduct when they come out with a new device. This device was the best wireless pads and it got rud of oain that the strong drug opiates could not touch i spent an hour on the ohone telling the rep begging her to send this all the all the way up to the ceo bevause wired tens units usually go up to 60 abd it will burn your skin so bad that you eont be able to wear a tens pad again for months until that burned skin has healed. When i found onron it was out if my budget but i hated the wires and i wanted wireless and i was in shock at how it only goes up to 20 and works better. Im going to keep bugging this company if i had money ir lottery money i wiukd pay them to start naking this priduct again. They need to do reserach from customers who get nassive oain relief and i was on fentynal patches 25 mg and oxycodones 10 mg and nothing helped my pain but in just one hour i started to get reluef. Please email this company and beg them to reconsider making thus tens wireless hnit ir at least make the pads for the millions who bought this dxpensive device so we can continue using our investment. Its so sad they did not do more reserach snd more studies done on their own oroduct. If i was head of this comoany & i read this review i would order it to be re made snd sold and i would start with the pads first. & i woukd dona massive commercial campaign to explain this wireless technology to the viewers. We are all stuck with these nachines but cannot use them because. They discontinued the pads !! Thus comoany has just ripped off their custoners took our money then discontinued this product. Its just insane. I shoukd run this comoany and i woukd have it fixed in 6 months. This us insane that they would make a great product that jo ine ekse has then discontinue it it makes no sense. They should either make the pads for all omron wireless devices or start making the tens units & pads. We should not have to pay for a product this expensive then the next day you discontinue it and the pads you cannot find except a fewxon dbay narkef up 1000%. Epidurals nerve blocks injections cortizone shots nany times a year and lower back right and left epidurals my knees are messed up and im telling you this omron is the onky device that coukd reach my oain levels bring it from a 10 to a 3-5. Im so depresed anxiety is chronic PTSD from these accidents and your product gave me my life back. Please find me and my doctors because i tell everyone about this product and they all bought into it i talked about it on social media because it works and on #20 it will never burn your skin. I have chronic back pain. Wanted to give this a try because of the portability. Unfortunately it did not work for me. The Build quality and ease of use is definitely a plus.
