Easy to use and does an EKG while taking your blood pressure. It is a good thing to have specially for some of us with blood pressure issues.

Bp are always high only pairs with your phone for the ekg if your lucky. For the amount spent it's not worth it I love the omron brand and other bp cuffs but this one isn't the best.

We figured we had our old Omron for 15 years so might as well stay with something we trusted

You are required to pay a monthly subscription fee for the EKG function.

I returned the unit after going through the instructions on all of the steps needed in order to take a simple blood pressure reading. It is much more complicated than any other units I have used.

Customer service was not to my liking rate @ 2stars. Cust. Serv. asked multiple questions only to refer to Omron.com. Received no response.Took 4-5 contacts to reach most minimal product use. But so far, I like the product- rated @ 4. Tricky Omron set up. A video and/or a more detailed step by step guide would help. Best Buy was great !

Love the accuracy. Had doctor make sure it read correctly. Didn’t take long to download app to my phone.

There is no support from the company. App has frozen, been deleted and reinstalled on two separate phones. Still frozen. Multiple attempts to contact company have failed. If you need this to take EKGs know it won't work without the app. Good product, but terrible service and communication. Avoid.

This unit was providing readings well above my norms. Took it with me on a visit to my cardiologist and had it tested against the hospital machines. It consistently provided readings at least 20 points higher. I wrote to Omron and they wrote back that I should call. I called and spent 15 minutes listening to a rep instruct me on the proper application of the cuff. We then took a reading and it was again 20 points high and consistent with previous erroneous readings. I was instructed to package up the maachine and ship it - AT MY EXPENSE - to a lab for testing. Certainly not worth the $200 purchase price and the aggravation!
