For the amount spent it's not worth it I love the omron brand and other bp cuffs but this one isn't the best.

It is much more complicated than any other units I have used.

Serv. asked multiple questions only to refer to Omron.com. Received no response.Took 4-5 contacts to reach most minimal product use. But so far, I like the product- rated @ 4. Tricky Omron set up. A video and/or a more detailed step by step guide would help. Best Buy was great !

App has frozen, been deleted and reinstalled on two separate phones. Still frozen. Multiple attempts to contact company have failed. If you need this to take EKGs know it won't work without the app. Good product, but terrible service and communication. Avoid.

Took it with me on a visit to my cardiologist and had it tested against the hospital machines. It consistently provided readings at least 20 points higher. I wrote to Omron and they wrote back that I should call. I called and spent 15 minutes listening to a rep instruct me on the proper application of the cuff. We then took a reading and it was again 20 points high and consistent with previous erroneous readings. I was instructed to package up the maachine and ship it - AT MY EXPENSE - to a lab for testing. Certainly not worth the $200 purchase price and the aggravation!
