At a point in life I needed one, lots of reviews write favorably about this and accuracy is consistent with what I received at the doctor's office. Compact unit was important to me, so its not a 2 piece device, it syncs with my iphone which nice and syncing is very simple and if doesn't sync with the phone the first try 2nd try always syncs and passes the reading to the phone app for record keeping. Extremely simple and reliable thus far.

As I turn 60, lifestyle is catching up and I have elevated blood pressure. It was my choice to buy a cuff-- and other (non-BB) reviews spoke highly of this cuff. It connects to my Android phone every time I use it. To my surprise, my doctor looked at the readings and asked me to keep recording these twice per day. There are many different bands and models but this one seems to just work. Battery life is really good too.

After my last cuff gave up I saw this one on display in store. An event with my BP pushed me to buy the Omron Evolv. I was a little concerned about the size or difficulty to use compared to the cuffs with the tubes and markings to line up. It's a huge cuff, and you could use it one-handed with the semi-rigid side of the cuff forming to your arm. It also doesn't need to be lined up any particular way with a wrap-around sensor. The app is the star of the show for me. I'm not great at recording my BP, either writing it down or remembering to do it. The app hooks up to other health apps and graphs your BP and heart rate. The app reminders are also a nice feature.

Simple to operate and easy to read. Compared it to the doctor's reading and it is very accurate. Much easier that the old wired pressure monitors. This one slides on your arm, press the button, and read the results. The monitor stores the readings which is great and I can write them myself the old fashioned and safe way. Chose not to participate in the option to store readings on my Iphone. Agreement read that I would be allowing the sharing of medical results around the world.

After discovering I have a heart problem, I knew I needed something to conveniently take my blood pressure from home daily. OMRON has been the most reliable name for consumer blood pressure monitoring devices, and the Evolv is very convenient. A set of batteries lasts at least 100 uses - actually longer, I just haven’t had it long enough to see. As far as accuracy, it’s within a few points of what the hospital uses. I’ve compared it side by side with a Walgreen’s brand monitor and they are nearly identical. This one is just more convenient, burly far. It’s compact and all wrapped up in one unit, so no cords or fuss. I like it.

I hated taking my pressure at home until I got this monitor. Easy to position, easy to read, connects with no hassle to the app, though I keep a written record too. I have several monitors and checked it’s readings against them so it is as accurate as any of my other brands but so much easier to use without having to hassle with positioning all the various parts of the traditional upper arm monitors. Love it.

Great BP cuff, easy to use and easy to read. Press one button and it transfers my BP to my Kardia Mobile. Never had it fail to do it's job. This is a good purchase, I can recommend.

Was skeptical to spend so much for a blood pressure monitor but when you think it has to do with saving your life it is worth it. This monitor is relatively easy to use and is very accurate. Love the way it downloads everything to my phone. This makes it really easy to send my records to the doctor.

Very good blood pressure monitor. No cords, small and most importantly accurate readings. You can download the app and have all of the readings synced on your phone. The app allows you to create graphs to better assess the trends of the blood pressure readings over a period of time. If you are in need to record your blood pressure often and need to keep track of it, I cant recommend this product enough.

This BPM is compact, so I can take it with me practically anywhere. The interface on the unit is intuitive; it’s fool proof. The app just works and it works consistently, which is more than I can say about other BPMs. Definitely a fan! Keep up the great work, OMRON!

Easy to use monitor. Very consistent and heart rate matches the smart watch I have (no easy way to check BP without bringing it to my doctor). I like not having to deal with hoses and a base unit. I also have no problem reading the screen under various light conditions.

This machine works very well. The all in one component provides better readings. Easier to use and we don’t struggle with the arm cuff like other machines. And the best feature is the ability to transfer all data to the app and see graphs, trends etc along with multiple user capability.

Porduct works as advertised. Easy to use. Mobile App is great to tranfer your readings and keep a history. Connects easily via bluetooth. I was up and running in minutes. Another nice thing is you can use the same mobile app to download data from the Kardio Mobile device so you can keep all of your heart data in one App. Would definitely recommend and I have already.

Product is very easy to use. Download app for your phone, add provided batteries, and push button to turn on, Follow the in app to sync product with your phone. You can set-up auto-sync and every time you check your Blood Pressure all you have to do is hit the sync button and it will record on the app. I bought this to track my B/P after a doctor's appointment and my B/P was elevated. At my follow-up appointment, my doctor was surprised to be able to see a continuous graph that was easily trackable.

I’m really happy how well this works with the app. I have a record over time of my blood pressure. I though this thing might eat batteries, but I still haven’t had to change them. It took a little time to figure out the right way to sink it with the app but I have no issues now. Having a single unit is very handy for storing. It takes a little practice to get the cuff on with the display facing the right way. After a few times it was no problem.

We like this device. It is simpler than the several other blood pressure units we’ve had. There was a discrepancy between it and the previous, Dr.-tested one, but yesterday it proved fairly acceptably comparable in readings to our primary care doctor’s one in his office. Part of any problem apparently was due to my wife not wrapping the velcro tight enough around her arm. She had her upper arm muscles flexed when putting it on so when she relaxed for the test it wasn’t properly tight. The Dr. showed her to wrap a more relaxed upper arm. We thought the wrap was the wrong size, as most monitors come with different wraps for different sized arms. But this uses a one size fits all wrap, and just needs proper placement on the arm, as her doctor helped discern. We particularly like the readout right there on the arm, and it communicates to any proximal device with its installed app, so results are recorded as needed, and can be shown or sent to a doctor, or printed, as many modern units are capable of. But this one takes up less storage space in a drawer, on a table or desktop, or a shelf, etc. Sans hose, it is also less clumsy to use, albeit getting the readout precisely turned and visible on the arm takes some minor effort, and varies depending on which arm is used. My wife is used to testing both arms, but I’ve always had issues with her doing that because it complicates the record. The doctor pretty much agrees that although arms usually have slightly different readings, only one is necessary. So hopefully in the future she’ll test only the arm on which the screen is easiest to read, but making sure the pulse sensor aligns correctly with the inner elbow. A little practice makes this probably the easiest, full-featured blood pressure unit we’ve tried.

Only used it for a week and am impressed with performance, plus it's easy link to my existing Kardia app is an absolute plus and is the main reason I bought! The accuracy seems to be spot on too.
