I think once you can get a good connection you will be fine getting it to connect after.

I have tried several times and verified with my doctor. This blood pressure monitor doesn't give the accurate readings. I have returned the monitor.

Cusp Fitting

I am athletic; my biceps are 18, and the cusp does not work for me as I constantly get read errors as the blood pressure cusp does not fit tight enough. If you do not have small arms, this is an excellent machine for you; otherwise would not recommend it.

Thought I had 30 days return policy like most stores. It’s 2 weeks at Best Buy. Very disappointed and will not buy products from Best Buy unless they do 30 days.
