It has app and Bluetooth connectivity so it helps to keep your measurements under control.

GREAT bp monitor!

I couldn’t give it 5 stars yet because of Bluetooth sync issues but that can and will be updated. I highly recommend it! Some people complain about the screen not being big enough but it’s meant to be used with the app on your phone. If you don’t intend to use sync with your phone, go with one of the other models from Omron (like the 10)
