I love that it's cordless, has different massage settings and has a timer.

Great for sprained muscles

It makes going to work bearable and combined with icing afterwards, is helping my recovery.

I was worried about it not being strong enough ( being battery powered) , but that’s not the case. It worked great on my arm and I’ve moved on to using it regularly to relieve stress in my shoulders.
