The only reason it has 4 stars is because it isn't strong enough for me but other people in the family think the strength is enough.

She uses it at least 3 to 4 Times a week and Says she definitely feels a difference when she doesn’t use it. She had knee surgery a few years ago and she says it helps her

The downside is that it has only two pads whereas other units have four. The unit is very versatile and does a great job in spite of my criticism.
