The Geek Squad Agent installed the monitors to my computer system and troubled shot everything to insure they were connected properly and everything functioned as it was supposed to with minimal interruption to my operations.

I had Geek Squad come and set up my two monitors, two sets of speakers (one for each of my two computers) on my new adjustable table top over my computer table. Freddy did a great job! He did it on time, promptly, efficiently and I am extremely happy with the result!

I just want to thank you for hiring Sol Josten my desktop needed wiped and she helped me the whole way, she told me about webroot and how good it is for the money ,if I have any questions to call her she never talked down to meit only took one day and I will always deal with her once again thanks for hiring her.

The Geek Squad flawlessly moved our data from our old computer to a brand new one. They also installed a new Wifi-6 Mesh network which is super fast and reaches everywhere in our house. The Techs were courteous, clean and very knowledgeable. We could never have done this on our own. Our Tech (Anthony) kept us informed of his arrival time and worked nonstop to get the job done. His knowledge is very impressive and our sytems are performing perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend the Geek Squad to anyone.

Keith set a standard of excellent professionalism. He fully understood what needed to be done - not just the bare basics, but what added elements would make for ease of operation. He efficiently and fully made certain I understood how to use my purchases, communicated his arrival time conveniently, and was pleasant and alert. A credit to Best Buy and an encouraging experience for the consumer. First rate.

The tech fixed all of our problems and in a very fast and courteous manner. He was very patient and even explained how to disconnect and bring our older computer in fro a checkup. We were very pleased!

tech support was pleasant and friendly, very knowledgeable, easy to understand. Explained problem and fixed problem without any problems. I worked with Cameron the 1st few times I had issues with this pc..He was very helpful..Yesterday Michael stepped up and looked at the issues I was having and took my old laptop back and put it towards a new one due to all the issues..very helpful,knowledgable and much appreciated.

Geek squad was great efficient and easy to understand

The tech came to my home and connected the printer, Apple Watch, iPad, and my lap top. Discovered a issue with my lap top. Taking my laptop in tomorrow to be fixed. He was very efficient and professional and went over everything with me. A very good experience!

Justin showed up when he said he would and he was as efficient, smart and polite as always. Renewing the subscription plan was worth it as long as you send someone who knows what they’re doing. The 3 times I visited BBwas a complete waste of my time. Never again.

The agent was on time and was knowledgable about my product (desk-top computer). He hooked everything up and answered all my questions. He did not rush through the job and did not dismiss my concerns. If I need service in the future, I would appreciate having him return.

The agents installed all the things we needed and explained it to us in a manner easy to understand, He accepted any questions asked and learned a lot from what he explained. Our machine has been working well since then and hope it will go smoothly from this day on. Appreciate that it is working so well now and can call them back as needed.

The agent was prompt and came prepared along with a strong knowledge and spoke clearly of how to resolve the situation at hand and even other devices I have issues with. They spoke with absolute professionalism and much care. My issue with my keyboard was quickly resolved and they had it working in 5 minutes even got the lights working on it.

The agent setup laptop and connected it to 2 monitors. All I had to do was supply codes for setup. Agent was cordial and explained everything that he was doing. He checked to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction.

The agent was 1) on time, 2) professional 3) knowledgeable and 4) patient with us. He also swapped out our router with a new one we had purchased from Best Buy and when that did not fix the issue, he told us we did not need it and hooked up the original router. This saved us nearly $200.

Excellent service provided by excellent technicians and support staff. As I am an invalid, this service is extremely important and valuable for me receive the in-home help that I need. Their communications regarding making appointments and conformation of the appointment are very professional and helpful. Thank you very much!
