    Our 21yr old son has cerebral palsy. To celebrate his 21st birthday we bought him five tvs since he loves watching sports and there is nothing else he would enjoy. The geeks show up with 5 tvs to install and complained, whined, cussed about what a long install this would be … and it was. By the time they got to the fifth tv they left it and said someone would do it another day, they still had another job to go do. Who acts like that on their job and doesn't get fired. Why leave one job undone to go to another one. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Really … go elsewhere if you want good or even fair service.

    Geek said it was not what I needed. When I took it back to the store for refund and to buy what I needed was refused refund since product had been opened. I am VERY displeased with Best Buy and won’t buy anything there again.

    When my daughter let the Geek Tech go, btwn the two of them my Sony Sound system no longer is linked to my Monitor tied to my ROKU Stick, therefore no Volume control or Mute options work, I actually have to old school get up walk across the room and hand click my DVD Audio system to turn off or up Volume....NUTS!!!

    Never again will I trust best buy for anything. You pay for protection then you pay for the visit or appointment then they just have the part you need to buy. I'm sick of best buy
