We bought our Tivo to allow us to record shows when we ended our satellite TV service and put an antenna on our roof. We are not technologically adept so we purchased the Tivo from Best Buy specifically so the Geek Squad could install it. Two home visits were required to get the system working properly. Our main complaint isn't about the techs, however, but about the difficulty contacting the Geek Squad and making the appointments. Phone wait times were extremely long. I'm not talking about 5 or 10 minutes, but 30-40 minutes on hold! Why?? Hire more people!!
