Excellent remote! Can point it anywhere and everything still works unlike several remotes I've tried where you have to point right at the device you're trying to control.

Couldn't get it programmed right,.,....,,.... .......

I tried the app and also entering codes. It worked for the TV, but not the audio receiver. The instructions were not black on white, but grey on manila paper. The print was small and the lack of contrast between the ink and paper made them hard to read. The screen on the iPad would change before it could get the next instruction read.

Love the item but wish the buttons were bigger. and lite up

I've been using a Logitech Harmony for years now and it's finally becoming unresponsive so I looked for a replacement at BB. Logitech's prices have gotten ridiculous wanting too much (and I only ever really used about 10% of the features anyway . . . so I picked another known brand. Changing channels and volume is about all I need. There is a challenge for ANY remote going through all those codes to find the right one for your device. But when you find it, it works well. Technophobes might not have the same opinion, though . . .

It is not good for home theater applications. It is ok for simple tv and a few ad ons

Total trash. Does not respond to attempts to program for tv and sound. Sorry I bought it and will never buy anything from this manufacturer again.

I attempted all the recommended steps to program the remote to my television, but unfortunately, the remote does not have complete functionality.

This item is nice, just takes a minute for three items to turn off and on.

Great remote works for my samsung tv, JBL sound bar and Xbox. Quick to program does all the things I need it to do. No issues so far.

Picked this up to replace my harmony remote that quit working since logitech no longer makes them. This remote does the job but could benefit from backlighting. Setup was not as easy as previous remote but it is straightforward.

Works well. Fairly complicated macro setup for activities. Use with older Sony AV system and Blue Ray and 13 year Samsung TV.

I had high hopes for this remote. I was happy to not have 3 remotes anymore when watching tv and always replacing one because it got lost. I received it fast and i was so happy to set it up. The setup itself was really easy and the codes are all there. What i didnt like is when i set up television and then the soundbar the tv wouldnt turn off and then the volume wouldnt work. I got the roku set up but then i couldnt get to the home screen to get to my streaming channels no matter what i tried. It could be operator error, but I know i put in all the codes correctly and nothing. When i tried turning the tv off and on it wouldnt work soci tried it with the remote that goes with the tv and it turned right off which is strange because i had already programmed it. This just isnt for me. I am very simplistic. I rather go back to my roku remote as it is so much easier to navigate. I rather buy something cute to put the 3 remotes in to keep them organized without all the hassle and headache of this remote that only works when it wants to or not at all. It says it programs up to 10 devices but cant even handle 3. Now i have to deprogram what i did and go through the hassle of returning it. Oh well live and learn. Never again.

Full functioning remote that works seamlessly all with all tv brands some of the buttons are a little hard to feel such as the volume but this remote is recommended

Had some problem with the older equipment. But over all it works good. The activities buttons are great

Not working…again. New batteries but still can’t use the functions. If you press repeatedly, it will sometimes work. Very frustrating.
