    You had to go to devices to control the sound , TV to control the TV, media to control the Roku etc.

    I am returning this. I wanted it to control 3 devices - a HIsense TV, a Denon Receiver and an Apple TV unit. I got it to work with the TV immediately. The Apple TV mostly worked but would not power-on which was annoying. I got it to work with my Denon for power on/off but it does not appear able to select input and I could not get "activities" (control multiple devices with one button) to work at all. So not much value since I still need to use 3 remotes together.

    Nice remote but problem with using keypad. It was not responsive enough to changing channels. Also could not add anymore devices but the TV.

    Generally quite happy with the device. Programming a bit involved for grouped activity, but reliable once programmed.

    I returned the item as it did not allow me yo use a single remote with all my electronics (i.e., TV, receiver, Apple TV, DVD, and CD). It may have been the age of my equipment as the components are older.

    Easy to connect and works great! I don't love the wheel instead of direction buttons, but that's a minor issue for a smart TV remote.

    Does not work for Westing house TVs some codes worked then entire functionality was lost or poor. l made sure l used brand new batteries and it still did not work. l got something else for cheaper and it worked better

    Bought this to replace our old easy-to-use Logitech universal remote (no longer made). I can operate computers and my iPhone and watch, but could not program this thing. Even asked my super tech-savvy 16 yr old neighbor for help he spent 1.5 hours without success.

    Eats through AAA batteries constantly. Terri’s to sell itself as a smart remote but is just tore standard universal remote. There’s way cheaper options out there for that. Works fine for me with 4 different sources I have. Wouldn’t be so bad of it at least had rechargeable battery inside it.

    Did not work for my television only provided one code for my television. Went out and bought a cheap universal remote from the 99 cents store and it worked. This remote provided several codes for my television. For the price it’s should of worked out

    The steps you have to go through to program this device are quite involved. It is very frustrating. It probably works fine for something very simple when you're just turning on one device and no other components are needed. But that is rarely the case when you have a TV that has many different inputs that need to be fired up when you watch. Still working on getting it set.
