Sucked. Worked a couple times then just quit. Waste of money

Would not hook up tv, receivers and bose system into one

I purchased this because the Logitech Harmony remote I had dies and Harmony remotes are no longer made. I would have liked to give this a 4 or 5 star rating, but having used it for a few months, I have found a few of its design characteristics to be very annoying. It was not too difficult to set up, especially since there are a variety of options available for setup. While some functions requied some experimentation to get it to control in certain ways, it was possible to do most of them. There are two major problems with its design: First, the buttons do not light up when you are using it, making it difficult to see what you are doing without good lighting. Since a major use of this would involve watching TV, you are more likely to be using it in a darker room (at least at night). Second, and this is a major flaw, the layout of the buttons/controls is poorly done. The number buttons group is near the top, even though they are not used as frequently, while the TV control (channel scan/volume, major TV options) are at the bottom, and are small buttons. To use them you have to hold the bottom half of the control, making it more difficult to easily control the various TV etc functions. If Oneforall had basically switched the locations of the top and bottom sets of controls as well as lighting them up when in use, I would have given it a 5 start rating. Yes, we continue to use it, but frequently get frustrated with the layout and lack of lighting. Price, howere, is reasonable.

I miss not having a screen. I am above 70 and it was not too hard to program and it does the job at a good price.

We've gone through 3 Samsung remotes for our Samsung TV and when my Sonos playbar wasn't connecting anymore to the remotes, i said I'm done and i purchased this. Hooked up the tv and the sonos in literally 15 seconds and haven't had any issues at all since. Very pleased!

Unlike some people that are unhappy with this remote, my wife and I absolutely love it. I found no need to use an app to program it. I followed the directions that came with it. I use it on an LG TV, Roku streaming device, Xfinity cable box, a Samsung soundbar and a Sony BD player. All of my devices work just fine. The macros for watching TV or streaming content both work. Since my Roku is on a different input source than my cable box, I use the "input" button to switch back and forth. Any universal remote I've used has been somewhat clumsy to set up, this one is pretty straight forward. I have a Logitech Harmony Elite in my home theater room, and I'm hoping it will just keep on working. While this remote isn't on par with a remote at that level, it woks fine for most applications. I would say with Logitech out of the remote business, this is a descent alternative.

This company has the BEST support I have had in years. Bought a different remote that I had to return, this remote workes great and this company called me several times going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Haven't had this great of customer service in 20 years!

Bought this to replace my Logitech Harmony that died. I was VERY disappointed. It was not easy to set up and I ended up o returning it and buying a SofaBaton on line.

This is a garbage remote, stay away. It's not worth the hassle to program it, I'll be returning it.

Didn’t work out of the box, kept loosing programming even after 3 sets of new batteries, ended up buying a harmony remote instead

It seems like it’ll do all I would want…there’s one problem, we can’t get the cover off to put in the batteries. It should just slide off but it won’t. 3 different adults have tried and it won’t come off. I’m pushing on it so hard and squeezing so hard I’m worried I’m gonna break it! If I get past this I’ll update review (if possible)

Specifications says this remote supports Bluetooth so I bought it to control my raspi. It does not support Bluetooth.
