I was skeptical about it working as advertised. It was simple to set up, and I have all but one of my devices connected. Bummer is it doesn't work with my fire box. Different signal... But I have all my apps from my fire box now loaded on my TV.. so it doesn't matter. One remote is so much better than using the 4 I had ..

Great at the basics. Trying to replace the Harmony hub system and it’s not quite enough remote to pull that off. At the $50 price point you can’t really expect that level of sophistication. Will be trying to get some macro programming done to get as close as I can.

NOT compatible with some Roku devices. I assumed because this connected via Bluetooth app that I could control my 4KRoku stick, but it cannot. The Bluetooth is only for the android/ios app, which is designed to find additional codes and make the remote beep when remote is lost. This remote ONLY controls devices via infrared . If all your devices are infrared then this is the perfect remote. I was surprised to see it not only connect to my TV and Surround Sound, but also my XboxSeriesS and my VCR! Thanks to the app, no matter how obscure something is, if it has infrared this will probably work. I also love the "activity" Feature on the remote which lets you combine the button config of multiple devices at once, so I can adjust my Surroundsound voume without switching away from TV control. The only reason this didn't get 5 starts is because it advertised as working with Roku, but really it only works with select, older Rooku devices (ones with infared.) and NOT new Roku.

It is very easy to set up and use it. I connected it with my 4 samsung tv devices so far, and it works very well.

This unit is so easy to set up. Made my wife happier with the remote situation in our house, the day we set it up. The app makes it so easy to use. The Activity button makes functions of multiple products easy to use.

I've had significantly more advanced universal remotes, but this one is better than all of them. The software set up is everything. It's totally basic, but exactly what is needed. It had 3 macros (sequence of commands for a specific activity). The really expensive remotes have more. But I never used more than 3 activities (watch streaming device, watch a Blu-ray, play a video game...my 3 choices). After wasting probably a couple thousand dollars over the years, I can say without a doubt that I never really needed anything more than this one. And lastly, it's responsiveness is faster than any I've ever used. Absolutely no delay.

The TV remote was so small that it was hard touse so I bought this remote. Nice and big, easier to use.

Remote was easy to set up and worked on all my devices needed...just wished the buttons would light up so you can see them in a dark room.

Once I learned how to properly program and use this remote, I truly enjoy it. There was a bit of a learning curve, so buyers beware. Otherwise, this product is great!

I was having trouble using the original remote control that came with my device but the 8 device universal smart remote control is easy to use. It looks very durable too

I bought this wondering if it would work well. I will say...it does!!! This actually works amazing with our Xbox, TV and Soundbar. The JBL was hard to set up, but still works great! Just make sure your dog does not chew it up.
