    Representative sold me the wrong remote even though I gave the correct model type which I later purchased. By time Geek squad came and told me it was the wrong remote I was told it was too late to return.

    I ended up ordering a Harmony remote off Amazon for a lot more money. They're discontinued so the one I got is probably the last one I'll have. Might have been okay with this universal but I returned it unopened to the store. I saw a lot of neg reviews for this one which was another reason for my return.

    Love the clicky buttons. It's great to be able to merge the controls for different devices into one setting. I wish I could find a universal remote with a microphone though

    Doesn't work for my Superbox. Thirty minutes of trying codes Couldn't get it to work. Works great on the TV and soundbar
