One for All remote

The remote did not program easily as it took numerous attempts to function. There is no illumination so forgot seeing it if you're watching a movie with the lights out. Customer service by phone (rare these days) is good and comes from the Netherlands. So their English is better than Americans, lol! The downside is you have to call in the morning or early afternoon if you're in the States due to the time different. This is still better than talking to a guy in India and hearing goats in the background. I still need to call CS as I can't seem to get the Activities to work and I'm no beginner to electronics. Good luck!

It is no doubt a good product but too technical (even with the instructions) for someone like me, non-technical. Had it been a bit more "user friendly", I would definitely have kept it. I did however return it and was promptly give a refund! Thank you, Best Buy!

We were struggling to find connect tv with remote but figured it out. You have to reread to understand how it work with tv and switch to cable on that remote.

Exactly what I needed for my set top box

Functional but flawed

Really?

Good Harmony replacement
