    This device works great. The setup was extremely easy. This remote is also evenly balanced, I can use it with only one hand.

    This remote does pretty much what you need it to. The only things that I am not happy with is the pre set tabs have neen pre set bit when selected they take you to other app other than the pre set apps. Also ther is an activity tabe that i havent been able to get to work so better explanation how to use thimese services would be great

    I spent a number of hours on phone with numerous emails to get it to work. Some of the controls do not work with an LG Smart TV that is connected to Dish Network. I finally figured out workarounds to get it to work Okay but not easy. My wife simply gave up trying to use all the workarounds.
