    It’s an improvement on the controller that came with my LG TV. It does control my Bose sound bar, which is a big plus. I wanted one with a working microphone but it only works with Google. I tried to contact the company for help but they don’t answer their phone nor requests through their website, so their customer service is terrible. Finally the buttons are better on this controller so it’s worth keeping but I’m not entirely sure worth the money.

    Good remote but it had to be reprogrammed twice (so far) to work correctly. Buttons are larger than our last remote, which works better for my visually impaired spouse.

    App is decent, install only a little painful. Changer operation is clunky, the multi function buttons take multiple presses to actually work. Goes through batteries fast and works best only when the batteries are fresh. Button presses regularly do not register. Basically works with more effort than should be required.

    Nice design remote and I like the backlight. But doesn’t reconize my 2023 Samsung oled tv at all! It’s stupid to only have an app to connect the remote to the tv and not have the codes as a backup option. I contacted customer service but they’re hours are more convenient for them rather then the customer. 9am-3pm est. I will likely be returning it. I’m so disappointed.

    Some of the buttons don't light up, and some of the icons on the remote are upside down. Does not control my tv, and the app crashes all the time.

    Terrible Remote

    Purchased today to replace a Harmony remote which are no longer supported by Logitech and attempted to connect with TV, Blue Ray Player and surround sound (all Sony devices). Connects via phone app. After connecting to TV. It worked for a while then couldn't get it to work. Wouldn't connect to surround sound. Kept getting a message on app saying couldn't find remote, check batteries (new batteries). After playing around for about 30 minutes, I gave up and going to return it to store. I guess I'm stuck with Harmony remote.

    Never even worked once. Brand new batteries. The app doesnt work at all to set it up. I deleted the app and retried it several times. It wont update the remote. The AI interface is a waste of time and none of the buttons work.

The Roku Stick is not compatible, unfortunately. Depending on your TV you might be able to control your stick through HDMI CEC.     I went to the store to ask the geniuses in the TV section if this remote would power in my Xumo and other products. I told them if they're not sure no as an acceptable answer. They said oh yeah it works well when I got it home. Guess what it didn't. Took it back the next day the only thing not refund. It was my gas money to go to their store. I won't make that mistake again.

    remote control assumption gone wrong

    This remote did not work with our 65" Samsung model un65tu7000fxza for the voice input feature. My tv was purchased 3/8/23. After struggling to get the voice input feature working on the remote I called Samsung and learned that although I bought my tv in 2023 at Bestbuy Samsung told me the tv was made 2020 and did not have the voice input capability. The online sales representative with Bestbuy made the same assumption and recommended this remote. We were all incorrect. Lesson learned.

    I like the feel, the backlit display, and the fact it was easy to setup. It's not perfect but what I consider to be a good value for the money.

    I was able to sync all my devices. Eliminating the need to have three different remotes. It has a great feature that allows me so control everything on the TV except volume which impacts the soundbar. Good solid purchase!

    A great programmable remote that includes a backlighting feature. There's a little bit of a learning curve converting from the original remote to this one but it's worth it.

    I thought it was going to be an easy setup. The app would crash when i was trying to set my up Fire TV. Return to Best Buy the next day.

    I replaced the remote that came with the TV with this new universal remote. It is easier to use plus it is backlit making watching in the dark a breeze.

    I found it a bit complicated to set up and use. It also supports only a small number of devices, which was disappointing. I ended up choosing a more expensive remote that can handle over 20 devices in one.

    I should have believed the low ratings! I overcame difficulties with the App communications by using a different phone but my STB would not load, even though it was in their database. Of course no way to code enter on this remote. Tech support was unable to help as they insisted the STB was in their database and it should load. They recommended I return it anb buy a 7880, no backlight, no voice control
