    I had a harmony remote and purchased this one because harmony no longer made that remote There is no comparison between the two Harmony definitely surpasses this one

    I hate setting up universal remotes but this had to be the easiest setup. Downloaded the app followed a couple steps and good to go. For the price you can’t go wrong!

    So the app was super slow and difficult to navigate. Second, after 45 mins of playing with the app I finally got the remote to work for my Sony tv and Sonia sound bar. But after a day the the remote stopped controlling the the tv fully (only basic commands worked), after trying several times to get the remote to work fully the remote stopped working altogether and would control anything

    We lost our remote for our LG smart television and a little skeptical about this remote. We were wrong, it’s much better then the original remote and installation was fast and simple. The keyword; smart remote!

    Remote does not stay connected to sources and sometimes randomly connects and shuts off sources it connects to. Too expensive for poor quality.

    Won't work at all. Have to try 5 or 6 times in a row to get it to go into pairing mode. App never finds it.

    Quick setup and actually does work. You may have to do it twice though as I did. But it’s takes less than 5 min and it auto updates with your tv.
