    This claims to be a "Learning" remote but only learns codes for popular brands. My HiFi equipment is not mainstream and this toy could not operate any of it. Programming is best accomplished after a pint of brandy.

    The Peachtree City location has a very competent staff. I was able to quickly purchase what I wanted with the assistance of an associate. She was very knowledgeable about the product which made my life easier. I found this remote to be easy to use with more features than my original remote.

    Stopped working within 3 months. Save your money and get a simple replacement remote, or get the warranty (dont go cheap after spending too much to begin with).

    Found this item to be expensive, haven't used it, returned it as I found some thing cheaper on Amazon with voice search option

    this is not an easy set up. required to connect to phone first (wont stay connected). could not get it to pair with my Nvidia Shoeld pro. very frustrating.
