very convenient and very easy to install/use. specially the backlit is nice, instead of getting reading glasses in the evening i can see all the buttons perfect. this remote works with our samsung tv as well as our LG and our Formuler z11 box.

This remote is good untill the batteries begin to die which happens very very fast. If batteries aren't new, youll find yourself pressing the buttons more frequently to make connection. I knew I should have returned it when I first got it but waited too long. Too expensive for the quality.

Had to replace the Logitech universal remote with this one. This remote has limitations if you have a home theater system that the Logitech did not. Experiencing problems with volume control since speakers are not coming from TV.

Just as the reviews state, connectivity is horrible. One minute it works then randomly stops working. If I go without using the remote for 10 minutes, it stops working. Hopefully I can get a refund and try another brand/remote that doesn’t require me to use a (non functioning) app to set up a remote!

After going through 5 other universal remotes, this is the one that has the features I wanted. contoured lightweight design, backlit, learning feature, voice control. Interestingly, the first unit I bought would not work no matter what I did. I thought maybe it was incompatible with my Sony TV. Then didn't work on other brand either. Finally, I used my camera on my phone and the IR signal was not working. The remote was defective. I exchanged it and the remote worked on my Sony TV without even programming it! I also got the remote to work with my 20 year old Sony amplified speakers using the programming interface. Also, the app "AI" interface for programming is atrocious. I wish it was more of a manual process and that they would allow access to the numbered programming codes. It did work, but it is a buggy, weird process. I guess once the remote is programmed, no big deal. Maybe they improve it someday.

Unlike some people that are unhappy with this remote, my wife and I absolutely love it. I found no need to use an app to program it. I followed the directions that came with it. I use it on an LG TV, Roku streaming device, Xfinity cable box, a Samsung soundbar and a Sony BD player. All of my devices work just fine. The macros for watching TV or streaming content both work. Since my Roku is on a different input source than my cable box, I use the "input" button to switch back and forth. Any universal remote I've used has been somewhat clumsy to set up, this one is pretty straight forward. I have a Logitech Harmony Elite in my home theater room, and I'm hoping it will just keep on working. While this remote isn't on par with a remote at that level, it woks fine for most applications. I would say with Logitech out of the remote business, this is a descent alternative.

How do you activate the backlight? I want one that comes on from motion of being picked up or moved.

Save your money if you have a Spectrum box, it doesnt work with it. I spent way too much time trying to get it to sync and when it sorta did, it would either not respond or have a huge lag respones. Absolute garbage in my book.

This looked like a nice remote. It is rated "OK" and I read it was hard to set up. my experience is it is EXTREMELY HARD to set up. I tried the written instructions which did not work at all. But I then downloaded the app and tried to set up using my phone. The software kept saying to pair the phone to the remote and then try to see what was working and then suddenly "pair the remote" and I did it again and no better. Nothing needs to be this convoluted or difficult to set up. I am an electrical engineer and gave up. I worked for 4 hours to set it up and finally gave up and returned. Unless you are Geek Squad don't even try to set this up.

Fairly good remote. Key pad seemed to not work some times. Had to turn on and off tv to get key pad to work.

I talked to the manufacturer of this product today December 8th 2023 and was told the software to operate this remote is still in development and does not function most of the time making this remote completely useless until that software is finished which they don't expect to have ready for at least another month or two so don't buy this product!

What a total waste of time. Bought it, remote won’t even pair with my phone. Tried everything in trouble shooting. Deleted the app and returned. I’ll never get that 30 min back. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Found all devices I wanted to connect. When I would go to “set an activity” to turn on/control vizio tv, bose soundbar, and xbox, it turned on 1/3 devices, sometimes 2/3 devices. Pointless. Will return
