    Works very well with my Roku devices. Plus, it enables me to now control the TV Off and On and Volume with this one device. Works so well I have purchased more for my other TV's with Roku.

    Please read description very carefully. I thought this would work with Fire Stick and it does not. Had to return it.

      I'm sorry to hear our remote did not work for your use case. Unfortunately this is true we are unable support and device that does not include a IR sensor such as a Fire stick. This is because our remotes use IR for communication with the TV or device.

    For some reason, the remote was not compatible with my TV. It took an extremely long amount of time to register when pressing buttons

    Does not work with Apple TV unlike I had been told, but should be good if you need other usage.

    Won a new T.V. from my job. The remote that came with it didnt work very well. Decided to get a new remote to go with it. This streamer remote works great! Its easy to work and I enjoy my new TV much better.

  • DOES NOT WORK WITH NVIDIA SHIELD

    Solid remote that i was able to use, but not with my Nvidia Shield. There are setup instructions in the paperwork but in the end, it does not work. i can use it with Firestick, but i bought it to use with the Shield from the description.

      only the first gen of Nvidia shield is compatible without an adapter as the later gens did not include IR

    It is a great remote and it was easy to set up but the only issue is the volume button doesn't work so we had to download the app to be able to control the volume.

Its hard to say without more data what the exact issue is but it may be that a sound bar has been assigned somehow if this is the case you will see a green blink when pressing the volume.     Where the Apple TV remote is so extremely sensitive this Remote handles the tasks without Accidentally activating commands with slight touches. NO MORE “Ah bleep I touched the remote and poof...”

    It was supposed to be the easiest simplest Smart Remote, poor product too many different languages instructions and could not get it to pair with my Roku Smart TV. Do not recommend. I was too busy to take it back, that is the only reason why I had it for that long , it stayed in my car . I tried to pair with tv , even watched a couple of YouTube tutorials and scanned QR code on the box and unable to connect the remote

    Works great for Tcl tv Roku, and Zvox sound bar Very good instructions included, good at learning, Wish I could find a silicone case for it, it’s a little longer than a Roku remote
