    I was sold what I thought was aSamsumg remote but this is what was given to me.. this doesn’t work at all.. I had my technical family member here and he couldn’t get it to pair with my tv or old remote.. I ordered a Samsung remote and it came the next day and works! You sell the TVs and we bought 2 Frame in the last year. You should have the remotes in stock…Please educate your employees to only give what is ask for.

    Bought this remote to replace a non working Roku remote. This remote is by far the best, it controls not only the Roku but the tv and also controls our surround sound and DVD/blue ray player. It is a all around great universal remote that controls everything we need. Great upgrade from the original Roku remote.

    This is a great idea, but you can't connect it to a streaming device if you can't get into the streaming device so it really is not universal

    Works great .. no problems yet..the first one that came with tv broke down internal.not sure why.

    It can be hard to set up even with the included instructions because the instructions are not that clear, but other than that it's pretty good.

    I tried setting it up for hours and it never worked. After it turned the green light to confirm that it was successfully connected, it would never work. Wish i could return but unfortunately i threw the box away.

    Looked like it would be the all in one replacement for my Tv, Soundbar, and roku remote. It does work for roku and tv and sound level on soundbar. The issue is that it will not power on the soundbar so what is the use. Other than that was a bit tedious on setup but functions as it should for most items.

      Im sorry to hear that our remote did not work fully for your situation. It is correct that a power button was not included for the sound bar. the only way around this would be to learn from the original remote.

    I own a TCL Roku tv and the remote never work well, I replaced it with this and the problem was solved, the only negative is not easy to configured
