Good Replacment Remote, work with Roku

Impressive Device

At the beginning of openjng the box it was really frustrating to not be able to understand the manual. After a quick search of youtube and multiple videos I was really impress by how it was able to program from the old control to the new one.

A little disappointed.

Technology is getting better and better so I am happy that I bought something that I can use with my tv and I can look for shows on youtube using my voice instead of typing which is easy and convenient.

Do not buy if you want to turn Apple TV off or on.

After programming I was able to get to work with my Samsung TV and soundbar. I was able to get it to control the Apple TV with the two very important exceptions of: It would not turn the Apple TV off and after I turned it off with the Apple remote it would not turn the Apple TV on. After spending 40 minutes on the phone with their tech support and a supervisor I was told that was the best I could expect.

Im sorry to hear the streamer did not work for you use case. The apple tv code that we have does not include a power command as there is not power off state for the apple tv. The apple tv does go into sleep mode and pressing any button on the remote should generally wake it up.
