    Nice upgrade to certain Roku remotes adding TV source control and mute buttons. Four bottom buttons line up nicely with services we have, but are programmable as well. A bit lighter than Roku remote, but after a bit, feels just fine.

    I bought this remote, because I thought it would be a good replacement for my streaming device. It does not communicate via bluetooth, which was a great disappointment.

      I apologize but yes this is an IR only remote and does not have Bluetooth built in. As an IR only remote is can not communicate with Bluetooth devices. At this time we do not have remote that can . communicate with Bluetooth.

    Only works for tv will not work for the tv plat form only turn tv on change channel, volume, and input but nothing else works

    It is a good universal remotebut it would not work for my sharp roku smart tv it will turn the tv on and off but nothing else i tried every code for roku and sharp and nothing will work. Would not purchase again.

      I'm sorry to hear the Streamer remote worked only partially, this remote has a learning feature, and can learned the missing function from your original remote, all the steps are written in the manual and very easy to follow.

    Needed it cause volume button in original remote was not working. But the new remote only changes volume; we need the old remote to do everything else.

      Im sorry to hear our remote is not working fully for use case. The streamer is meant to only control basic functions on most tv's wile most of the remote is assigned to a streaming device.

    No where on the product page does it say that it doesn't support FireTV streamer. Had to read it on the package once i got it home. Very disappointing.

      We apologize that our remote did not work for your intended purpose. Although the page does not list devices that it does not work with it does state that the remote is not compatible with radio frequency devices, for example, Fire TV products. -TH One For All Support

    This is a great little remote if you have only two items you want to control. In my case, it was a TV and a Roku. It has backlighting to make it easy to use at night in a bedroom. I did have to call tech support to program it, but they were super friendly and answered quickly.
