Cheap but didn’t work as I hoped.

I'm sorry to hear our remote did not meet you expectations. We would be happy to help here as support in regards to getting learning from the original remote to work otherwise the 7935 will only control power volume and input under normal programing. Good Remote! Works with Apple TV

One Ted it only controlled some of the functions on Apple TV. Very disppointing. Ended up returning it right away.

Big mistake

Eh could have been great.

Im sorry to hear that the remote did not work for your use case. Unfortunately toshiba fire tv is not supported by the streamer remote. The only smart tv that is fully supported is Roku otherwise the remote is primarily meant for separate streaming box's

Super impressed

The instructions come for other situations devices as well. I am really impressed that this was the answer to both my tv and Roku.

Works great with NVidia Shield

I bought a usb-based IR adapter for my Shield and then used this remote with both the TV and Shield. I took me about 5 or 6 minutes to get things synced up, but it works just fine now with both devices.

Im sorry to hear that you were not able to get our remote working with your use case. Our remote should work with an Apple TV assuming that the the apple tv is not locked. Our remote should be able to control power volume and input on most tv's as well. I ended up purchasing this One For All remote because it was recommended for my television by the customer service person. After programming the remote, it turned on my tv and raised and lowered the volume, but it would not work the Roku functions of the tv. I had to use an actual Roku remote to work that part. Very frustrating! Thank goodness I finally found the actual remote.

I'm apologize about the experience, the streamer is compatible with Roku tvs but the codes are not in the best buy version of the manual. you can find them on our website in the Walmart version of the manual.

Design is great, reprogramming not so much

The remote is also reprogrammable so set many of the streaming buttons to my tv instead. Each button that was reprogrammed sent the signal/command twice to the tv causing basically double clicks and making it unusable. If no need to reprogram buttons it's a go-to remote but not recommended if needing to reprogram. It may have been the remote I bought but didn't go back and try another.

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to get the remote working, it should work with a non fire tv insignia with power volume and input and fully with a roku. It will not work for a fire tv Insignia tv.
