This remote worked great out of the box on my Samsung TV and ROKU. But some of the buttons just quit working after about 20 days of use. The "OK" button and the "right" and "down" buttons on the ring around the OK button also quit working. It's disappointing I really like the remote.

This remote is a piece of s*&t. It technically connects to TVs, but all that you can do is turn it on and off and turn the volume up and down.

I was able to set up my multiple devices ok, but when it comes to switching between which devices to control, I had a hard time using the remote.

I lost, well the dor or kids lost the Amazon remote and this was on sale. It was cheaper so I took a chance. I'm glad that I did. Works with my TV, Amazon and Blu-ray. Money well spent.

Replacement Amazon fire stick remote controller. I was in need of an actual controller, and it was easy to connect to the lonely firestick Remote.

Amazing remote. Controls a TCL Roku TV and soundbar which was what i was looking for. Useful shortcut buttons too. Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube and Hulu.

Huge let down. It only works when it wants. Instructions are not clear enough.

Stop looking for all your remotes and purchase this one already!! I smashed my Roku and TV remotes and found this gem to replace the two of them!!

This remote is awesome if your media streamer supports IR. I use it with an Nvidia Shield (2015) and it lets me control the TV, soundbar and Shield in a convenient little remote

While I could hook up my TV to the remote, the remote would not control any options on the TV other than mute and volume. I could not change the captioning, couldn't reach Netflix or Prime, I couldn't even change the devise the TV got its signal through. I tried setting it up for streaming as this is a Roku so it does its own streaming. Still would not work anything except volume and mute. I need to return it,

Replaces the TCL remote with much more versatility and it lights up! Set-up was near impossible, but a quick call to the OFA and it works perfect.

volume up and down button doesn’t work but other than that it was super facet to connect

Didn't do quite what I wanted but over all a good streaming remote.

I’m not sure if this is an issue with communication between the remote and my TV, or the remote itself, but I’m returning the remote because each tap of each button takes two to three presses before the button works. I had to use the button learning method as well, so maybe that method isn’t as great as the standard method for programming the remote? But either way, it made scrolling on my Roku TV nearly impossible.

Couldn’t get this remote to work with my brand new Samsung smart TV.

I could not get this to work for everything. I still had to have my two other remotes so this is almost pointless. It is really only good if you lost a remote and are buying this to replace one. It does not replace all remotes because you lose a lot of the functions.
