Not Impressed

Was looking for a straight forward device with "back lighting", since the remote Sony ships with their expensive sets doesn't include this. I think Sony really cheeps out in this regard. Bad setup instructions, you'll be going on YouTube nerd videos for programming instructions. Did I mention, you'll need a crow bar to get remove the battery cover on the back. Yet to find a remote with backlighting for our Sony Brava OLED Google TV.

Doesn't work on non roku devices.

I apologize for any confusion in regards to use of our product but the Streamer remote only supports power volume and input on non Roku tv's. The remote is built to combine the controls of a streaming box and a tv.

It didn’t work

Im sorry to hear the remote is not working for you. This remote should control power volume and input on all tv's and only fully control roku tv's. Great idea but lacks full execution

The streamer remote will only control power volume and input on tv's the rest of the functions are used for the streaming device.

Not as advertised.

After hours upon hours of experimenting and studying websites to find a code or some critical missing key to it...I called their company for help and was told that if my television wasn't a Roku based web Smart TV (not my old 2015 Vizio) then the remote was useless to me. This is an RF remote luring in the owners of older televisions like me, but using a high end new streamer with an older TV is just still too much for universal remotes like these.

We are sorry that the remote did not meet your expectations. Our remote uses IR which unfortunately means that we are only able to support the first generation of Nvidia sheld the second or third will not work out of the box and require an infrared eye. We are working on a new version that will work with non Ir devices but I don't know the timetable on its release.

Works but....

Some of the buttons work once programmed others do not. I would get a different remote and save yourself the aggravation.

I apologize about the experience with our streamer remote, the streamer is compatible with Roku tvs but the codes are not in the best buy version of the manual. you can find them on our website in the Walmart version of the manual.
