Misleading information on packaging.

I followed the instructions to a T, several times and couldn't get it to work. Called the 1-800 support number and was told I would have to call Apple.

I'm sorry to hear that you had issue's setting up our remote. The 7935 is fully compatible with the apple tv however due to the way apple set it up it can become locked to IR input and has to be unlocked to work with our remote. Wile we are happy to try and help set up and program our remote, our knowledge of 3rd party devices is limited as we did not create them. In cases such as these will often refer to the manufacture in question as they will have the information we do not for their product. BB One For All Support

Universal remote not good

The worst University and control I ever could buy

Junk, returned after 1 day

I apologize if there was any confusion the remote was working as intended this is no meant to be used as a TV remote as such it will only control power volume and input on a non roku tv. everything else is assigned to the streaming device

Roku remote

The salesman at bestbuy told me it would be easy to setup. Well it isn’t easy I still haven’t set up the remote. I can only turn on tv. I would not recommend this remote.

Don't waste your time with this one.

Had to return

I'm sorry to hear you were unable to get the remote working for your use case. For connecting to a roku box you should be able to hold down the red power and home until the light blinks red twice then hold down the star key for about 3 seconds and let go. If it was a roku stick the streamer is Unfortunately not compatible as it uses RF for communication and out remote is IR BB One For All Support

Did not function on my samsung tv.

I'm sorry to hear that the remote did not work for your use case and I apologize if there was any confusion. Unfortunately the remote is not designed to fully work with a Samsung tv and will only control basic functions. As the remote is primarily designed for streaming devices such as Roku or apple tv.

Do Not Waste Your Money

I'm Sorry to hear you had issues with setting up the remote, The remote should work with most Tv's power volume and input controls. On soundbars it will take over the volume. Without knowing the specific hardware I am unable to confirm specific compatibility.

Not easy to program, buttons are hard

I apologize if there was a misunderstanding the streamer is primarily meant for use with separate streaming boxes and on all non Roku TV's will only control power volume and input. There would not be any way to get to menu on a non roku tv on this remote.BB One For All Support

The streamer is meant to be a remote for streaming devices not a smart tv remote the only exception is Roku tv's. Otherwise it will only control power volume and input. BB One For All support

Im sorry to hear that the streamer did not work for your use case. The streamer does not include number keys as it is meant primarily as a remote for streaming devices with some tv functionality and not as a full tv remote. Most streaming devices do not include number keys, if those are needed our smart control 8 7880 does fully work with tv's and has a number pad. However if you were looking for a more simplified remote that works fully with a tv I apologize we do not have one at this time. BB One For All Support

Smart remote replacement
