Perfect Remote For Us!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Exactly as the remote states on the packaging, it controls a TV, Sound Bar, and a Streaming device. I have a Panasonic TV, Yamaha Sound Bar, and a Roku 4. If you are familiar with this brand of remote, you know that it's usually pretty easy to setup and this remote was no different; it took me less than 5 minutes and I had everything tested and worked flawlessly! Overall, this remote feels great in the hand, is backlit, and has a great button setup which feels very natural after only a few minutes of use. Cons: Lastly, this is true of almost any aftermarket remote: but it uses IR and not wireless, so you'll have to point this remote at your Apple TV or Roku to get it to respond. Additionally, the 4 buttons at the bottom for Netflix/Amazon/Hulu/Youtube didn't work with my Roku 4, so I setup the macros according to the manual, but I doubt I'll use them. Since it's a button sequence, I might as well just push the buttons each time...it's not even a time saver since you have to keep the remote pointed at the Roku the whole time while it performs said macro, but I knew that was a possibility when I bought it, so it's not a big deal to me. YMMV but me and the wife are super satisfied!

TRASH
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pure TRASH. I bought TWO specifically for a Roku Ultra and Roku Stick + but I have tried the code method and "simple" method and neither work. TV and soundbard work fine but I need ALL IN ONE. I have googled it, watched videos and they all tell me to do exactly what I've been doing. Such a Fing waste! Glad it wasn't expensive.

Great Roku Remote
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: - Power and volume buttons (including mute) combined with a Roku remote - Fantastic IR signal -- point it just about anywhere and the Roku gets the signal - Programmable (any button) from another IR remote. My Roku Ultra remote didn't seem to work to program this as it uses bluetooth, but another Roku remote that uses IR was able to program it. - Smart Input/Source button. When it's pressed, the directional buttons talk to the TV since most TV input buttons use a menu to select the source. - Worked with my Roku Ultra out of the box - Easy to configure to control my LG TV. Cons: - Battery cover difficult to remove (slides off). Tip: push down hard at the very top edge of the cover then slide down. - Needs a Sling TV button like many of the Roku remotes - Volume/channel buttons are low on the remote making them a bit cumbersome to reach with the thumb - Takes *four* AAA batteries --- most remotes use two. I have tried several other IR Roku replacement remotes, primarily to get the power/volume functions on a Roku remote. The biggest issue I had with them was that the IR signal was too directional. This remote is fantastic with regard to the IR signal direction. It says on the box that it is a 'point anywhere' remote, and they are right -- this remote has great flexibility with regard to pointing it at the Roku. The only real nit I have with it in daily operation is that the volume buttons would be easier to reach with the thumbs if they were higher on the remote or on the side like the Roku Ultra remote. It's not a big deal but it is noticeable. This remote was the one I was looking for after trying several others on Amazon. I actually found it by accident just browsing in the store and decided to try it out, and I'm glad I did.

Works great on my TCL 6 series.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took a little while to set it up correctly so that all the buttons work, but after that it's been great. Basically, read the directions completely. I missed an important part so not all of the buttons worked. Step one is to go through the TV setup portion. You press one of the remote buttons to tell it the brand of your TV and it tries codes automatically. TCL is one of the options for that. I figured that was all I needed to do. Further along in the instructions it saying to do a few more button combinations so the remote knows your your TCL TV is a Roku TV. Which is weird because that's all they make as far as I know. Once I did that I setup my sound bar and I was good to go. My only complaint is how they ordered the instruction. The TV setup is the first page and then the instructions on telling the remote your TCL TV is a TCL Roku TV is on the last page.

100% satisfied
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been looking for a remote to control my devices, and is easy to use. This is it. I have even tries expensive Harmony remotes that costed me hundreds of dollars. This beats them by a mile. It does exactly what I need. It took me maybe a couple of minutes to set up, and has worked flawlessly. There aren't too may products that I can say that I am completely satisfied with. I definitely can with this one. Highly recommended.

Great little remote for what it was designed for
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a simple setup with a projector, soundbar, and Kodi on Raspberry Pi controller with a FLIRC USB. This remote is almost perfect right out of the box. I got my TV and sound bar set up in minutes, and used a combination of the Kodi setup on the remote and FLIRC software on the Pi to control Kodi. It's also a learning remote, so I used that feature to teach a it the power command for my soundbar, and lamp saver for my projector. Buttons are firm and tactile with a very satisfying click, with a perfect layout. I also love the color ring. Very nice touch! A couple of cons: You can only customize the color for your streaming device; TV is always yellow and soundbar/receiver always green. There's no way to switch devices so you can only use it to power and switch inputs on your TV. you can't set it, say, to have the menu key open your TV menu. basically, it only operates as described in the manual. so if you need to change your TV settings at some point you will need the original remote. note that this is an infrared only remote, so it can NOT operate a Bluetooth or RF device like a Firestick or Fire TV out of the box. you would need to get a FLIRC USB for that as well and there are tutorials online. so in conclusion, and in summary, if you have a simple two or three device setup that uses streaming exclusively, this is an awesome, versatile learning remote that is very well designed. Finally, for anyone who's a serious tinkerer or installer, the remote has a JP1 interface inside the battery compartment. if you don't know what that is, don't worry about it. if you do, please post about it on the JP1 forum :-)

Works for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This works great for me. I have two Roku TVs and two Vizio soundbars in two separate rooms. It worked out of the box on both a Sharp and an Insignia. Had to program the Vizio with codes but was easy. The remote works well in both rooms. I can't find a way to get it to turn off the soundbars without learning but they go off by themselves after 10 minutes so that's no biggie. They come on automatically using the volume key. If you find it can't turn off your audio receiver you can easily teach it to turn it off and on using a button of your choice by using the learning mode. I could see this working easily for a regular TV and a roku and an audio device. I doubt it works with sticks but who knows. Not sure about battery life. It takes four AAA batteries and with all the lights it's probably gonna suck down the juice. Wish there was an option to turn them off. This thing has a strong IR emitter. Much stronger than the original roku remote. Feels good in the hand. BTW it's 33 percent cheaper elsewhere.

Finally replaced 3 remotes with 1
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is the real deal, for only $16 on sale! Having my Samsung tv, Roku, and Harman Kardon soundbar controlled by one backlit remote is one of those simple changes that's a real treat! A slick detail is the backlit keys change color to ease programming and use. It comes preset for lots of popular equipment and services. My HK soundbar wasn't pre-set so I needed to enter a 5 digit pairing code and that process worked just fine. The ease of use and lack of clutter is a winning combination. Highly recommended!

Finally
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the remote if you wanna control any IR device. For me every button on the remote learns from other remotes. So I have TV, AVR, roku, and LED's all in one remote. Only need original remotes for programming them, for regular use, this temote is it. Remote feels good and buttons are solid, it has a fingerprint on the battery plate for better gripping, the entire remote lights up when buttons are pressed, it holds 4 AAA batteries so battery life should hold up.

DOES NOT WORK ON ROKU STICK
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the image on the ad says it works with "all streaming devices" it neglects to mention that it only works via infrared; it isn't compatible with devices that use Wi-Fi-connected remotes like the Roku Streaming Stick. (There is a sticker on the actual package, but with COVID-19 going on right now I couldn't exactly go to the store to look at it.) Unfortunately, now I have to return this because the ad copy online hasn't been updated to note that it isn't quite as compatible as One for All would have you believe.

Undocumented Features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I couldn't get the remote to work with the Roku functions built into the Hisense Roku Tv. The remote was set to be returned, but I gave it another try the next morning. Searching the interwebs I found the quote below on a Roku site. After I did this all of the functions worked. Press and hold Red power key & HOME key(one that looks like a house), until the red LED blinks twice, release press the back key 5 times <- <- <- <- <-, the LED will blink green twice and remote should work your roku tv. Be sure unfold the setup guide completely. The actual setup steps are on the last page of the instructions.

Does NOT work with SlingTV Air2 Mini
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After many questions, I was told Yes, this remote will work with your AirTV2 Mini from Sling. What relief! Get it home, go back out for batteries (cheapskate manufacturer - you get NO batteries), come home again and start reading the steps to set up. Well, that took all of 3 minutes, because there is no detail on how to set it up. I finally got it paired with my TV and moved on to pairing it with my SlingTV Air2 Mini. Nope. Nothing. Won't work. Even tho the manufacturer lists 2 codes for SlingTV and one for Air, none worked. After an hour or so with customer service, I have a $25 remote that turns on and off my TV. This is worthless to me. Customer service for One For All helped, to the extent you find help from someone reading you the steps and codes to try even tho you already tried all the things they told me to do. I got the impression their "tech support" is nothing more than a minimum wage person somewhere reading off the same paper I had in my hand. That isn't support, its redundancy. I'm returning it tomorrow. So in a nutshell, if you stream with SlingTV, find another remote. This one WILL NOT WORK.

Posted .Hello Mr Hillbilly
I'm sorry to hear you were not able to use the remote as you intended. We do have a sling code which looks to date back to the slingcatcher in 2009. From what I can tell though looking at the SlingTV Air2 Mini It looks like it does not use an IR remote in that case unfortunately our remote is just not compatible as it requires IR support to work. This applies to all streamers that use RF solely for their remote. Other examples are amazon's fire tv, roku sticks and newer model NVIDIA shields.

DOES NOT WORK
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not impressed. Too small, and has a weird sharp piece of plastic sticking out on the back which could cause an injury to the user. I think? That is meant to keep it stable on a flat surface? Whatever, to make matters worse this doesn't even work with all Samsung TV's as advertised. Ours is a newer model and it was a no go. WAYYY too small. Did I mention this is too small in size? Yeah, no. Returned.

Great remote for cord cutters!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We use streaming services exclusively, so this remote worked out great for us. I really appreciate its simplicity. We do not use the TV by itself or with an antenna, and we still have the TV remote in case we have to due to internet outage. I've gone back and forth between the latest Roku Ultra and the Nvidia Shield TV and it works great with both. I'd highly recommend this remote if your TV is simply a HD/UHD monitor for you full-time streaming device of choice.
