We are very sorry, that the antenna is not working. The quality and strength of the signals are, however, dependent on the distance to the nearest reliable transmitter. Often, there might be environmental issues why the signal is poor or cannot be received.

Dear BestBuy Customer, Thank you for your feedback, the antennas are strongly dependent on the reception signal received from the broadcast tower, in most cases we recommend placing them near a window for best reception, we can try and help you achieve the best position for the antenna based on the location of the broadcast tower.
