    Highly upset. Unacceptable packaging. I bought this mount brand new and it seems this is beyond an open box..

    While this Mount suits my new 85” TCL TV well (with its many VESA options), sadly it is not full motion. It pulls out 5” and tilts only. Not a huge deal.
