Very buggy and each update causes battery drain faster

Lost lots of data and photos when switching from older OnePlus even though they were supposed to be backed up.

I purchased and returned this phone. It Randomly freezes apps. I did not like how apps are doubled on a second screen. I felt this phone isn’t optimized in its performance. Multiple software updates a day. Again and again! Went back to a new version of an IPhone. Never a single issue. Once you use an iPhone other phones do not compare.

This phone offers top notch hardware at a very reasonable price. You get the latest processor, fast storage, a crisp vibrant screen, impressive battery life, great speakers, great ergonomics, great haptics, and a decent camera. That said, the software is a major letdown, especially for those coming from previous versions of OxygenOS. The notification panel is clunky and hard to interact with, the gesture navigation doesn't work reliably with third party launchers, and frankly everything feels cluttered compared to stock Android. It's also disappointing that this does not support wireless charging and has slow USB 2.0 for data transfer. Overall, it offers a lot for the money, but it could be a lot better with software optimization. Also give comparable Samsung and Motorola phones a look.

I paid for an "Excellent condition" open box OnePlus 11 and it arrived with only the phone and a USB-C cable. According to this website, it should have included "all original parts and accessories." Missing were: - 80W SUPERVOOC power adapter - USB dongle - Sim tray ejector - Quick start guide - Safety information and warranty card

It's average coz it's no change one plus did but better

Worst smartphone I have ever owned notifications hardly ever come in calls drop all the time and the android intelligence never works I am constantly having to restart the phone never had so many problems on a smartphone before I guess I will have to go back to Samsung or something else.

Resolution is not that good. Too pricey for the product.

Did not get the charger or USB type C cable even when in the description it says that it will be delivered with all the accessories

Extremely disappointed. I got this as a gift for my son who has visible. Apparently this phone is not compatible with visible esim. He uses T-Mobile physical sim already. So, we decided we'd find a different service that doesn't use T-Mobile towers. Guess what none are compatible with this device's esim. Now it's too late to return it and I'm out $700.

I got an open box phone that had a broken screen and missing charger. Not received refund over 10 days after returned. Stay away from open box.

this phone can go toe to toe with any flagship phone on the market right now, with a price point far less. My favorite part is the battery, over 24 hours on a single charge and full charging in 30min or less, which is super convenient. I'm no camera expert but it takes great pictures for everyday life. The phone speakers are very loud and crystal clear. The screen is beautiful and fast. I haven't had a single bit of lag doing anything. Oxygen OS is one of the cleanest operating systems on the market. It's nice to have a phone that focuses on useful features and leaves all of the gimmicky stuff out. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or recommend this phone.

Phone no longer works and company will not respond to support emails or phone calls.

Glass on the back cracked on first day of use. It was in a case and wasn’t dropped. Had to return. Best Buy was awesome to work with! Thank you!

Oxygen OS is still missing. This is also my second Oneplus 11 the first one was defective. Very bad start.

Had to send this phone back 2 times already due to hardware failures. Avoid this phone

Really fast and responsive. Awesome haptic feedback. Battery life is really great. I charge 15 in the morning and have battery for 2 days with heavy use. Not a fan of the curved display but screen gets really bright and refresh rate is great. Camera is a really good camera. Better than most but not one of the best. End of the day geat phone for a great price.

The phone is okay but runs hot when charging. The software could be better.

I switched from iphone. I can say this phone stands up to the best. I also bought the samsung 23 ultra and used them both. I kept coming back to the One Plus 11. Comparing features, it didn't make sense to pay double basically for the little fancy pen. Which is cool but i found myself not using it. Anyway, buy this phone battery life is awesome. 100% charge in less than 30 minutes. Cool customization features and the camera is awesome as well.
